GUISE! GUISE! GUISE!
SHE’S FINALLY DONE!SHE’S FINALLY FUCKING DONE!
I can’t even with all the feels right now. She’s so perfect <3 I can’t wait to take her down to Kinkos and get her printed out and framed for the kitchen! My kitchen has just felt so completely incomplete without her, ever since I saw that perfect space above the stove <3

More and more I’ve been getting requests for my own personal rituals and altars. So what you’re looking at now is my altar which is honouring Cernunnos and Aphrodite tonight. The incense is sandalwood.
On the left, we have flowers to Cernunnos: Feather Reed Grass and black eyed Susans tied into a gourd leaf from my garden, symbolizing the coming harvest. Also present are antlers.
On the right, we have flowers to Aphrodite: Butterfly bush, perovskia, and various colours of roses wrapped with a red ribbon. Also present is a shell and a jade bear (whose symbolism is personal, and doesn’t really matter in this context).
On both sides of the altar, for each Deity, we have a chalice filled with white Australian Reisling, and a candle from my God and Goddess altar (you may recognize the green one from my previous altar post).
In the centre is my offering bowl filled with oregano, summer savoury and tomatoes. All the offerings are from my garden, flowers and all.

The following was written inside the little pouch containing the charm. All of which I made for my friend to wear around her neck during her travels in India.
“From this hour until your return,
this candle of hope I will let burn.
My lord and lady, watch over you.
Keep you safe, from harms view.
From now until you return to me.
This is my will, so mote it be.”-Taken from http://www.witchway.net/ritual/parting.html
We held our solstice activities yesterday as you can see. There was tons of food, herb infused wine, and plenty of good music. The bread I prepared ended up being slightly scorched but was still delicious. My sister made amazing grilled vegetable and cut up tons of fresh melon and strawberries. Before we ate we payed respects to the spirits of the land by giving libation to the trees and later on took the bread into the woods for the animals. Then we feasted. And feasted.
There were many tarot readings for the coming six months and just for fun. We did a chakra cleanse with my stone set which I had never used before. We went outside and lit a fire, right before a rain, and threw our incense on the fire and wrote wishes down on paper and cast them into the fire. Then it came a light downpour and we danced in the rain like maniacs for several minutes cleansing away all the stagnant energies from our body. It was amazing.
I woke up early today and felt so clean and rejuvenated. I walked down my forest path and felt the energies of the land breathing in and out. It was still nice and cool from the rain last night. I checked on my sun water that I set out last night, and checked out my sunflower. Now if I can only find the energy to finish cleaning up my mess. :)) I hope you all have a wonderful day.
so prettyyyyyy
